On Sunday September 27th we talked about coming to church on Sunday to be refueled, so you can "be the church throughout the week". We are strengthened so we can go back out into the world and live out what we believe. When we leave the building, we do not leave our Christianity behind; we take it with us. One of the most important ways we do this and demonstrate our faith is through serving others. Mark 10:45 says, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many". May our church be known not only for what happens inside the walls, but also for the difference God's people make beyond them. May our neighbors and community experience Christ through us.
